Something good happened to me in our gathering. First of all, letting the holy Ghost move on me during the song "The holy Ghost and fire and it's keeping me alive", that was good...It feels so wonderful to feel and let the holy Ghost move me. Then, seeing a sister in the Lord let God move her really touched me. Afterwards in my prayer, I heard the Spirit saying "Holy. Holy. Holy." And I spoke the words out of my mouth, just like praises going up to heaven, out of my heart. They were in English and they sounded like Psalms! It was so good. I can only remember a few of the things said, but I felt like one of those creatures in Heaven who all they can do is praise Him and say "Holy Holy Holy" before the Lord. Oh how marvelous! Here is what was coming out....
"Holy. Holy. Holy. God is holy. A holy God is He.
His name is holy. A name above all names. Holy is He.
His works are mighty and righteous is He.
He is God above all. Over all. Mighty is He.
Praise Him. Praise Him. Praise Him. For Holy is He.
He is a wonderful Master. Great is His mastery.
He is our Creator. Our Father. Our Helper.
Oh God, our help! Wonderful Father is He.
His glory is above the clouds, the stars, and the heavens,
God is holy. A holy counselor is He.
Your judgments are perfect, O God!
Good and holy is He."
I had to look up the word mastery tonight when I was writing this down and here was the definition I found: "the authority of a master/the status of master; the upper hand in a contest; superiority; possession or display of great skill or technique; complete control; supremacy." Amen!
How beautiful were the words that flowed out of my belly unto the Lord. How wonderful. How marvelous is HE!
